Our mix and match massage allows us to create a bespoke and targeted massage to treat and relax your muscles. Just pick an amount of time and discuss with your therapist on arrival.

    A completely bespoke and tailored massage incorporating deep tissue techniques and your choice of acupressure.

Mother-To-Be Treatments

Our mother-to-be treatments have been created with mum in mind. All of our therapists are pregnancy massage trained and will listen to your body during all your treatment.

  • Mother to Be Mini Pamper

    The 'Mother-to-Be Mini Pamper' lets you lay on your tummy with the use of our belly pillow and focusses mainly on easing your back and hip pain, whilst also including the scalp and feet to give you that extra bit of relaxation.

  • Mother to Be Pregnancy Treatment

    The 'Mother-to-Be' treatment allows you to lay on your side with the use of a bolster pillow, whilst enjoying a full body massage focussing on easing away any aches and pains you may have. You will then be able to lay on your back with the bed at an incline for you to enjoy and shoulders, neck and scalp massage whilst enjoying our express evolve facial for that extra bit of pamper. Whilst you're enjoying the facial during the application of the mask, a foot and leg massage will allow you to leave feeling like you're walking on air. This massage can also include a light massage across your bump so your little one will get the benefits too!
