Our Terms and Conditions

Treatments: Due to the nature of some treatments variations can occur depending on therapist.


It is not Aura Beauty’s responsibility to remind you of your appointment. We ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, we cannot guarantee we will still be able to do your treatment. If we still can do your treatment, time may be amended to suit and you will be charged the original price. We aim to see all clients within 10 minutes of your appointment, as some treatments may run over due to unforeseen circumstances.


Please be aware we cannot perform waxing on anyone under 16 years of age, and between 16-18years old will require a parent or guardian to be present during the treatment.


Treatment prices can change without notice and all treatments are subject to availability.


Patch Testing: Patch tests are required for all lifting and tinting treatments 24 hours before your treatment. You are required to re-patch test if you have not had the treatment or a patch test for 3 months, if your medical history has changed in any way, if you’ve had a COVID vaccination or COVID-19. It is not Aura Beauty’s responsibility to remind you of your patch test and we have the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been carried out.


Offers: Offers are subject to availability and are often therapist specific. We have the right to refuse, amend or remove offers at any time. Any offers by Aura Beauty do not include any self-employed persons currently working at the salon.


Parking: There are spaces outside of the salon to park at for no longer than an hour, please be aware of how long your treatment is and park accordingly. Aura Beauty can not be held responsible for any parking fines received whilst having treatments at the salon.


Children: Due to our insurance policy we cannot allow under 16’s in the salon when they are not having a treatment. Please find adequate childcare before coming to your treatment for peace of mind for you, your therapist and our other clients.


Payments & Bookings: Advanced booking is highly recommended. Payments accepted are all credit and debit cards, cash and in date Gift Vouchers. We do not accept Cheques. Deposits may be required to secure bookings.


Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or monitory amount and must be used within the expiry date stated. You cannot use gift vouchers in conjunction with any offers, promotions or product sales. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be refunded and no cash alternatives are available. If the treatment exceeds the value of the voucher then further payment will be required.


Refunds: No refunds are given on products or vouchers. Customers are expected to ensure they are happy with the result of their treatment before leaving the premises, as refunds after leaving will not be given.


Cancellations: We require a deposit for large appointments, which can be fully redeemed against your treatment on the day. We require 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations for all treatments. If cancelled or changed within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may be required before you can re-book or re-schedule your appointment and your deposit (if any) may be affected. If missed appointments/no shows occurs we require full payment for the missed appointment, if no shows occur more than 3 times, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings without 100% payment upfront.
